Terms of Service

1. Who runs pd2ppt

pd2ppt (the "Service") is operated by Urban Beautiq LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Notice and our Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase.

2. What the Service does

pd2ppt turns a PDF, pasted text, a web link or a short idea into an editable PowerPoint (.pptx) presentation using selectable designs. Depending on your choices, it can also add generated layouts, speaker notes, tables and a downloadable speaker-notes PDF. A separate Infographic Studio creates infographics for signed-in users.

3. Free sample and paid options

• Free 5-slide sample — no account needed. You can view and download the first five slides of your finished presentation, with sample branding.
• Single deck — $5 one-time — unlocks the complete saved presentation from your preview, without sample branding. A paid $5 guest deck is available for 7 days after purchase; unpaid previews expire after about 24 hours. Downloaded PowerPoint files remain on your device.
• Pro — $9 per month or $69 per year — unlimited conversions for personal use, subject to fair use. There is no fixed monthly deck cap, but we may limit automated, abusive or unusually resource-intensive use that affects the Service for others.
• Infographic pack — $5 for four infographic generations — sold separately and not included in Pro.

4. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy; contact us at info@pd2ppt.com.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the files, text and links you submit and to the presentations created from them. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and transmit that content to run the Service for you — including sending it to the AI and hosting providers described in our Privacy Notice. We do not use your content to train AI models. You confirm you have the right to submit what you upload.

For monthly Pro, yearly Pro and single-deck purchases, the saved-content retention policy is 7 days after the last edit for saved drafts and figures, 7 days after saving for presentation history, and 7 days after the last edit for research content. Paid $5 guest decks and their related PDFs have a 7-day retention period after purchase; unpaid previews expire after about 24 hours. Downloaded PowerPoint files remain on your device. Recurring cleanup is currently disabled, so saved content may remain longer until cleanup is run; automatic 7-day deletion is not active. Guest download access expires separately. See the Privacy Notice for browser storage and history limits.

6. Check AI-generated output

Slides, summaries, speaker notes, figures, tables and citations are created automatically and can contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. Please review everything before you rely on it or share it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, including infringing others' rights;
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or that you may not process;
• Probe, scrape, or try to bypass security, payment or usage limits;
• Upload malware or interfere with the Service.

8. Our property

The Service's software, designs, templates and branding belong to Urban Beautiq LLC. You may use them through the Service and in the presentations you create, but you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service itself.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep pd2ppt running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend or remove features.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraud or abuse.

11. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show material changes on the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to any consumer rights under applicable law that cannot legally be waived.
